In every image, I try to capture the feeling of place intermingled with distance and time; a changing world of subtle detail, endless movement, with a sensation that the earth is slowly, endlessly moving forward through time.

From the development of film to the printing of an image, I personally work in my small, traditional darkroom to perfect every scene until it is highly tuned and ready for presentation.

I received a formal photographic education at Brooks Institute of Photography, though, my black and white knowledge is self-taught through countless hours in the darkroom, and many solitary road trips through the lonelier places of the California, Colorado, and Utah outdoors.
